TradeX ORB · Lucid prop accounts

From a $150 evaluation to a payout

One automated trade a day on micro Nasdaq futures, repeated across many LucidPro 50K accounts. Each account walks the same four steps. We keep enough accounts in the pipeline that the winners pay for the ones that fail.

The signal
15-minute opening-range breakout
MNQ (micro Nasdaq), first 15 min of the US open; skips narrow ranges
The trade
1 trade a day, target 1.75× risk
Every account takes the same signal; flat before the 4:45 pm ET close
The plumbing
Fully automated
TradingView → our relay sizes each account → PickMyTrade → Tradovate → Lucid
The account
LucidPro 50K, no daily limit
$150.50 one-time fee · $2,000 trailing max loss · 40 micros max

The four steps every account takes

1
Buy an eval
$150.50 with code VAULT. Starts at $50,000. One new eval a day, never several at once.
2
Pass in one big win
The first trade uses up to 90% of the loss room, aiming at the +$3,000 target. Most wins land about $100 short, so a small second trade finishes it. Lose the first trade and the eval is done.
3
Buffer trade
Lucid opens a new funded account. One bigger trade aims for +$2,100, which locks the loss floor at $50,100 for good.
4
$400 a trade, take payouts
Risk $400 flat. Withdraw when profit ≥ $500 and no day is over 40% of it. Caps $2,000 then $2,500, 90% to us, 6 payouts.
✕ Lost → eval gone, next day's eval replaces it
✕ Lost → funded account gone
✕ Floor hit → account gone (after payouts, if any)

Chance of reaching a first payout

Depends on where the account is when you start counting. Simulated on real 2019–26 trades, about 1,900 starting points each. Bar = no extra slippage; the second figure adds 1 point of slippage a trade.
Fresh eval (just bought)13% · 10% with slippage · median 44 trading days
Fresh funded (before the buffer trade)33% · 28% · median 41 days
Funded past the buffer (floor locked)74% · 65% · median 25 days
Why it still works with 13%: an eval costs $150.50, a funded account that pays out returns up to $2,000 on the first payout and $2,500 on each one after. About 6 in 10 fresh evals fail on their first trade; that is priced in.

Safety rails

$3,000 cash stop. If payouts minus fees fall to −$3,000, buying stops and Christian reviews.
Losing-streak alarm. 9 live losses in a row (longest in 2019–26 + 1) pauses buying.
Kill rule. If the last 100 live signals lose more than they win (profit factor below 0.8), all new trades stop.
Sizing cap. No single loss can exceed 90% of an account's room; 1 trade a day per account.
What these numbers do not promise
The edge shows up in 2019–2026 only; tested on 2010–2018, every year lost money. All accounts take the same trade, so one bad day hits every account at once. Slippage is the biggest swing factor ($153k → $100k). The figures are simulations, not certified results, and the live record is only days old. The kill rule exists for exactly this reason.
